About us...

The Lake Conroe South office serves the Lake Conroe and Southern Communities.  This area has experienced incredible growth and transformation over the last quarter-century. Some of the finest residential developments in the country have sprung up around the picturesque shores and marinas surrounding the lake.   Brenda Schafer manages our Lake Conroe offices.

We are more than just a team of professional real estate agents at our office. Our agents are an integral part of the community – we are your neighbor, friend, and/or colleague. We shop, dine and play, we volunteer at area nonprofits, and most importantly, we send our kids to the local schools and enjoy all that our community has to offer.

About Savanah Leleux

Born in Katy, Texas and a lifelong Houston-area resident, Savanah Leleux has spent much of her life in Magnolia and now calls Montgomery home. Her deep connection to the area gives her valuable insight into the communities she serves and allows her to guide clients with confidence and local expertise.

Savanah is known for her ability to genuinely connect with people, her strong attention to detail, and her passion for helping others. She takes the time to understand each client’s unique needs, creating a personalized and supportive experience throughout every step of the transaction.

Before becoming a Realtor, Savanah worked as a social media manager for a tint shop in Magnolia. This experience gave her a strong understanding of digital marketing and social media algorithms, providing her with a unique advantage when it comes to effectively marketing listings and maximizing exposure.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Savanah is proud of her cultural background, with roots in Mexico and El Salvador, and is able to serve a diverse range of clients. Outside of real estate, she enjoys reading her Bible, staying active at the gym, exploring new trails with her dogs, and caring for her beloved plants.

Savanah is dedicated to growing her career through hard work, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service while building lasting relationships with every client she serves.
